Are you a financial counsellor looking to register for access to the NHR Website and Online Portal.  Here are the steps:

1. Contact Financial Counselling Australia (info@financialcounsellingaustralia.org.au) and complete the National Hardship Register Training.
2. After completing the training return to this web page.
3. Complete the registration form below with your details. [Recommended username format is firstname.lastname ie john.smith]
4. An email will be immediately sent to your email address. (If you do not receive the email check your spam filters and junk mail).
5. Read your email, and click on the web link it contains to confirm your registration.
6. In due course your account will be manually confirmed and a further email will be sent to you.
7. A separate email will be sent at that time with login details for the NHR Online Portal where applications are lodged.
